We offer a full refund within 60 days of your purchase date — no hard feelings, no complicated process. Simply reach out to our support team and we’ll take care of you.

Please note: After 60 days, all sales are final. Once processed, refunds typically appear on your bank statement within 3–10 business days.

Cancelling Your Subscription
If you choose to cancel your Premium subscription, you will retain full access to all Premium features until the end of your current billing period. Cancellations do not automatically trigger a refund — please refer to our 60-day satisfaction guarantee above if you’d like to request one.
Account Termination by Sugar Mummy Connect
We reserve the right to warn, suspend, or permanently terminate your account — with or without prior notice and without a refund — if any of the following apply:
- You have breached our Terms of Use or any related policy
- You fail to settle any outstanding payment by its due date
- We are unable to verify information you have provided to us
- Your conduct creates legal liability for you, other members, or Sugar Mummy Connect
- Sugar Mummy Connect ceases or discontinues any part of its services
Sugar Mummy Connect and any third parties acting on our behalf bear no liability for account termination. If your account is terminated, you may not re-register without prior written consent from us.
